Learning a new sport, or leveling up to new a challenge, can bring up fear. It doesn’t matter if it's easy for other people; it’s uncomfortable for you. I know because I’ve pushed myself awfully hard over the last two winters and more than once found myself paralyzed with fear.

There is no “cure-all” for facing skiing anxiety, but there are some techniques you can use. This show gives you five techniques to use when fear is getting the best of you.
